Philosophy
A Responsive and Co-Operative Process
To us, effective and meaningful design is borne out of an informed, co-operative and iterative design process, which challenges preconceptions and advances people’s engagement with their environment and with each other. We believe design should express and respond to the specific spatial and temporal context and represent current social values, as well as have the capacity to withstand and adapt to shifts in environmental, social, and economic circumstances.
Solutions and Outcomes
Design value is realised when limited resources and investment are effectively and efficiently utilised to deliver solutions sought by the project owner, and deliver outcomes that will be valued by existing and future communities.

Eleas Nicholaou

Eleas is an experienced urban planner and designer who excels at managing and delivering large multi-disciplinary projects. He is dedicated to providing innovative and functional design solutions within the set time and budget. Eleas possesses a strong interest and robust knowledge of urban design principles. His comprehensive skills and solid project management ability drive his passion for achieving successful design outcomes.
Eleas has worked in both state government and private practice, and has extensive knowledge of road and rail infrastructure planning and design in Queensland.
Jane Fogarty

Jane is a landscape architect with over 18 years of experience in Design Consultancy in South East Queensland, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory. She has worked on projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale landscape planning and design solutions for various clients.
Jane specialises in playscape design for childcare centres, kindergartens, schools, and public parks, as well as Landscape Character Assessment and analysis, sport and recreation parks, Concept development, Master Planning, streetscape, open space, and infrastructure design in the public realm. She also has strong graphic and presentation skills, developed during previous Fine Arts training.
In 2008, Jane won the AILA Queensland Karl Langer Award and has also taught part-time in the Landscape Architecture program at the Queensland University of Technology.
